The Faithful and True Witness Apostolic Church was born in the year 1998 in Cambridge, Massachusetts by Evangelist Leroy A. Smith. The church started with eleven people and moved to 148 Columbia Street, Cambridge where they worshiped for nine years before that location was outgrown.
